Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a product key or digital content has been delivered and/or revealed, it cannot be returned or refunded unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice (duplicate order)
  • The product key provided is invalid or already used
  • You received the wrong product
  • Technical issues prevent you from receiving your purchase
  • The product is not as described on our website

3. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been successfully redeemed or activated
  • Products purchased more than 48 hours ago (except in cases of technical issues)
  • Products where the key has been revealed to you
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or store credit as an alternative to a full refund. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

8. Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy. This includes but is not limited to multiple refund requests or chargebacks.
